Notes on Spin watches
Due to the design of the watch, it is possible that the rim may come loose from the holder if the glass hits a surface with the glass facing downwards. Unfortunately, we cannot prevent this. If you use the watch on a daily basis, we would recommend a non-spin version. We will do our best, but would like to make it clear that we unfortunately have to exclude such damage from the warranty!

What is the difference between spin and non-spin?
Spin means that the rim can be rotated in the watch. In non-spin models, the rim is fixed and cannot be rotated.
We are constantly developing our watches so that they will soon all be available as Spin.
How long do the watches have a warranty?
All 21CARS® watches come with a 2-year warranty.
You can optionally purchase an extension of the warranty. During the warranty period, a battery replacement is always free of charge!
Will the watch fit my wrist?
All watches come with an adjustment tool so you can add and remove as many links as you need.
If you need additional links, please send us an email and we will add them to your order free of charge.
For children we recommend our adjustable leather straps.
How does a spin watch turn?
The timepiece is installed on a gyroscope. The watch itself works just like a conventional watch, but when you move your wrist, the wheel inside rotates freely. This imitates the effect of a moving car.
Are 21CARS® watches waterproof and durable?
Yes, our watches are 30M / 3ATM water resistant and built to the highest standards with hardened materials. You can easily wash your hands with the watch. However, we recommend taking the watch off for swimming and diving.
