What is the best way to care for and clean my washing sponge?
To ensure your special chenille sponges retain their softness, rinse them thoroughly with clear water after each wash. For heavier soiling, you can easily clean them in the washing machine at 40°C (ideally with a special microfiber detergent). Important: Do not use fabric softener or tumble dry to protect the fibers.
Can the insect screen on the top cause scratches?
No. The mesh material is specially designed to be tough enough to break up chitin shells and residues, but gentle enough for modern clear coats. However, we recommend always using the insect net with plenty of shampoo water (lubricant) to achieve the best effect with maximum protection (Do not use dry!)
Does the sponge lose absorbency or shape over time?
Absolutely not. Thanks to the high-quality, sewn-in core, the sponge retains its "pleasant firmness" and dimensional stability over many washes. While cheap sponges often lose their shape or absorbency, our foam core remains active and permanently guarantees a massive foam reserve.
Is the sponge also suitable for ceramic-coated vehicles?

For the maintenance and care of the glove, our microfiber detergent is essential. It is specially developed to deep clean the microfibers without clogging them, which maximizes the glove's lifespan and effectiveness. It is important that you never use fabric softener, as this can clog the pores of the microfibers and significantly reduce the glove's absorbency and cleaning power.
