What is the difference between spin and non-spin?
Spin means that the rim in the watch can rotate . On non-spin models, the rim is permanently mounted and cannot be rotated.
We are constantly developing our watches, so they will all soon be available as a spin.
What is the difference between 21CARS® watches and other watches with a similar design available online?
21CARS® watches are manufactured with the highest quality compared to other similar watches. In addition, our glasses are made of real sapphire glass and stainless steel .
21CARS® (21cars.ch / 21cars.com) is the only place where you can purchase an official 21CARS® watch. Please beware of fake or counterfeit watches available online.
How long do the watches have a warranty?
All 21CARS® watches come with a 2-year warranty.
You can optionally purchase an extended warranty. During the warranty period, replacing a battery is always free of charge!
Does the watch fit my wrist?
All watches come with an adjustment tool so you can add and remove as many links as necessary.
If you require additional links, please email us and we will add them to your order free of charge.
For children we recommend our adjustable leather bracelets.
How does a spin clock spin?
The timer is installed on a gyroscope. The watch itself works just like a traditional watch, but when you move your wrist, the wheel inside spins freely . This imitates the effect of a moving car.
Are 21CARS® watches waterproof and durable?
Yes, our rim watches are 30M/3ATM waterproof, splash-proof and built to the highest standards with hardened materials. So you can easily wash your hands with the watch. However, we recommend taking off the watch for swimming and diving.
What makes the rim clocks from 21CARS® unique?
Our products are the result of passionate Swiss design and a deep-rooted love of automobiles. They are detailed replicas of real rims and also integrate a drift element that captures the essence of motorsport. Some models even have an innovative spin function that creates the impression of a moving car when you move your wrist.
Notes on Spin Watches
Due to the design, it can happen that if the watch hits a surface with the glass facing down, the rim can come loose from the holder . Unfortunately we cannot prevent this. If you use the watch in everyday life, we would recommend a non-spin version. We do our best, but we would like to make it clear to you that we unfortunately have to exclude the guarantee for such damage !
