Housing
You can currently choose between 2 case designs.
Standard housing :
Available in black and silver.
AP housing :
Available in gold, silver, black or bronze (special colors also available on request). There is also the option of covering gold and silver colors with industrial diamonds.
Clockwork
You can currently choose between automatic and quartz movements. The automatic movements are from Miyota (Japanese movement) and Selita (Swiss movement). We currently only have a Japanese quartz movement with a button battery in our range (running time approx. 2 years).
Rim design
When it comes to rim design, you are completely free. We can produce almost any design. The best thing to do is write to us via WhatsApp and we will be happy to help you.
The AP watches are completely CNC milled and can be anodized, with visible milling mark finish, sandblasted or highly polished.
The standard rim is single-coloured. These are available from €/CHF/$ 350.00 and multi-coloured from €/CHF/$ 450.00.
Caliper
Caliper colors can be selected from our standard colors. Special colors are also possible for an additional charge.
Pointer
Pointer colors can be selected from our standard colors. Special colors are also possible for an additional charge.
Bracelet
We currently offer the following bracelets:
- Leather strap
- Mesh bracelet with magnet
- Steel bracelet (for standard cases in black and silver, for AP models in the same colors as the case
General
All custom-made products are only produced on request and are absolutely unique, according to your wishes. The watches all come in a large, exclusive gift box .
The delivery time is between 2-4 weeks depending on the order volume. AP clocks take about 2 weeks longer because everything is CNC milled.

How much does a custom-made product cost?
The custom-made products start at 350 Swiss francs (currently 1:1 in euros and dollars). This includes a single color rim. As soon as it comes to two-color models, the effort is much higher. These models start from 450 CHF. However, we look at each order individually and respond to your wishes.
Custom order? What does that mean?
Do you want a unique rim clock that exactly meets your ideas and wishes? We offer you the opportunity to make your very own rim clock, which is not only of the highest quality, but also has a distinctive design. This turns your rim watch into a unique accessory that suits you perfectly!
If you can't find what you're looking for in our offer, that's no problem. We can use any rim in any color imaginable to customize your rim clock to your individual preferences.
How long does a custom order take?
Our production time for an individual rim clock is usually between four and six weeks, depending on the current order situation. However, if you need faster delivery, all you have to do is write us a message. We are confident that together we will find a solution that meets your needs.
What is the difference between 21CARS® watches and other watches with a similar design available online?
21CARS® watches are manufactured with the highest quality compared to other similar watches. Our glasses are also made of real sapphire crystal and stainless steel .
21CARS.ch is the only place where you can buy an official 21CARS® watch. Please be aware of fake or imitation watches available online.
How long do the watches have a warranty?
All 21CARS® custom-made products come with a 3-year warranty.
You can optionally purchase an extended warranty. During the warranty period, replacing a battery is always free of charge!
Does the watch fit my wrist?
All watches come with an adjustment tool so you can add and remove as many links as necessary.
If you need additional links, please email us and we will add them to your order free of charge.
For children we recommend our adjustable leather bracelets.
How does a spin clock spin?
The timer is installed on a gyroscope. The watch itself works just like a traditional watch, but when you move your wrist, the wheel inside spins freely . This imitates the effect of a moving car.
Are 21CARS® watches waterproof and durable?
Yes, our rim watches are 30M/3ATM waterproof, splash-proof and built to the highest standards with hardened materials. So you can easily wash your hands with the watch. However, we recommend taking off the watch for swimming and diving.
Can I send the watch back if I don't like it?
No! All custom-made items are unique and cannot be exchanged!
Notes on Spin Watches
Due to the design, it can happen that if the watch hits a surface with the glass facing down, the rim can come loose from the holder . Unfortunately we cannot prevent this. If you use the watch in everyday life, we would recommend a non-spin version. We do our best, but we would like to make it clear to you that we unfortunately have to exclude the guarantee for such damage !
